Run Wherever You Are!
We know everyone isn't able to join us in Chicago on September 20, 2026, so we offer you the option to run your 5K any time, anywhere, through October 31, 2026!
When you choose the virtual run option during registration, you'll then receive (after the in-person event) your participant shirt, participant bib (no timing chip) and finisher medal in the mail as well as instructions via email for how to document your participation if you'd like!
You're Registered, What's Next?
We recommend all participants confirm their shipping address to ensure that the race packet delivers to the correct location in the planned timeframe.
Packets will be shipped to virtual run participants 10-14 days after the event, with an anticipated delivery window of 2-3 weeks post-event.
When the packet is shipped out, you'll receive an email with your tracking information as well as instructions for how to document your participation online (if you choose!).
If you input your finishing time and upload photos, you'll be able to review this in your participant account and/or share your photos on social media with the provided hashtag!
